While vegans don't have different hydration needs compared to non-vegans, their diet may contain more water-rich foods, making hydration an even more crucial aspect of their overall health and well-being. When choosing beverages, it's essential to check the ingredient list to ensure they are vegan-friendly and free from animal-derived ingredients. Additionally, opting for options with no added sugars or artificial additives is preferable for overall health.
