E-9 The B12 Question and Vitamins

B12 occurs in the soil and this bacteria is not in vegetables so the B12 vitamin needs to be supplemented in your diet. Lack of vitamin B12 can lead to serious bodily consequences such as fatigue, dizziness, depression, hallucinations, and heart disease. Ā B12 can be found in fortified foods or nutritional yeast (Nooch). Vitamins bodily functions are defined and which vegetables have the necessary amount. Older adults need more vitamins and or supplements for their body.Ā
